I'm a 67 year old male with what looks like blood spots under my skin from working on my car.
It's on both my arms on upper side .wife says it's my skin getting thinner because I'm getting older.I also been on prednisone o three months and went from taking 40 Mg for three months and am now going to wean off of that and taking 20mg right now.
