I'm A 67 Year Old Woman Once Diagnosed With Ménière's

I'm a 67 year old woman once diagnosed with Ménière's disease. However I have not had dizzying symptoms in many years (eliminated salt). Today I have a great deal of fluid built up in my jaw ( draining from my ear I believe) causing major discomfort. My jaw is swollen and very sore. I cannot eat. Pain is traveling from ear down into neck through jaw. My doctor did not return my call today. I'm seeking something I can do now at home to try and relieve symptom as much as possible
