I'm A 68 Year Old Male That Has Been Very

I'm a 68 year old male that has been very lucky to say I've never had to take prescription drugs, but now a dr. I've only been to 3 times ,said I was pre diabetic..put me on Metforman - Pravasta - lisinopril ... I will ( maybe start these this week end) I was at dr just for routine visit. Do you think if I watch how & what I eat plus I started riding my bike regularly Before I Start this regiment of pills, then be ️Check again in a few months?? ps I'm 6ft 5" and weight 188
