I'm A 70 Year Old Man That Is Medium Active.

I'm a 70 year old man that is medium active. My hand go numb at night and feel like the are swollen in the palm and fingers to the point they feel like they are going to bust. Keeps me from sleeping. I have to sit in a chair and let my hands hang toward the floor for relief.
When I get up in the morning by the time I get dressed and move around my hand regain most feeling.
