I’m A 71 Year Old Female In Decent Health. Tonight

I’m a 71 year old female in decent health. Tonight I ate some rice and milk and suddenly felt tightness in my chest and throat and had trouble breathing for a few minutes. I went to kitchen to get some water and suddenly vomited into the sink. After that I felt better.
I’m assuming this was not a cardiac event such as a heart attack because I recovered so quickly. Should I be concerned?
