I'm A 71 Yr Old Female I Now Have Extream

I'm a 71 yr old female I now have extream pain in both legs, muscle pain, calves and upper thighs in the back extreamful painful to walk. I have disk problems also which I go get a needle every four months in my back. What is causing this exstream pain in both legs?? Tks
