I'm A 78 Yr. Old Female, Have A Pacemaker And

I'm a 78 yr. old female, have a pacemaker and despite an ablation for A-fib still suffer from that as well as being short of breath most the time. I function pretty well, but don't have much energy and my cardiologist has prescribed a list of medication, including Digoxin. Though college educated, I'm not able to figure out if this a diuretic or heart pill. Since I'm already taking type "water" pills, I hate to take one more.
