I'm A African American Woman 49yrs Old I Take Diltiazem

I'm a African American woman 49yrs old i take diltiazem 180mg once a day and metoprol 25mg twice a day for palpitations i take 1/2 of the metoprol pill in the morning then diltiazem at 4:30pm daily my blood pressure has been low 110/54 and for two days feeling light headed. I have tachycardia and a flutter i had the abablation done to my heart stopped fast heart beating but still flutters daily
