I'm A CNA, My Charge Nurse Noticed That I Looked

I'm a CNA, my charge nurse noticed that I looked off. I told her that I was menstruating and losing way more blood than usual (as someone who already has particularly heavy periods). I was feeling light headed with a minor migrain and shooting pain in my left leg. She took my blood pressure and it was 220/110. She gave me some aspirin and had me take a cool shower on my lunch break. I feel much better, however, I'm still losing mass amounts of blood and passing large blood clots. Should I go to the hospital after work?
