I'm A Family Physician My Patient Aged 60 Y,had Road

I'm a Family physician my patient aged 60 y,had road side accident with mild injuries,including one on lft lower lateral chest wall without any contusion,but tender,x ray chest was taken,no positive finding except raised right hemidiaphram. there is no cough ,shortness of breath or pyrexia.whats its significance?
