I'm A PT, But This Has Me A Bit Stumped.

I'm a PT, but this has me a bit stumped. My 22 year old daughter just had a lumpectomy yesterday without complication. She has taken only Tylenol for pain. Last night she experienced numbness/tingling in both lower legs mid-calf down to toes and both whole hands from wrists down starting at about 2-4 in the morning. She said she was not hyperventilating (I was thinking scary dream). She tossed and turned trying to get rid of it. She finally fell asleep and when she woke up it gone. It has not returned all day. Any ideas... Extra fluid from IV?
