I'm A Type 2 Diabetic. About 3 Months Ago I

I'm a Type 2 diabetic. About 3 months ago I noticed a slight tingling in my toes in the evening. However in the past three weeks it's become a strong tingling with jabbing in both of my whole feet and moving up my ankles and some in my lower legs. I'm also having tingling in the fingers in one hand and around one side of my lip.
