Im A Bit Distraught, I Noticed While Urinating White Foam

Im a bit distraught, I noticed while urinating white foam when finished and semen like fluid trickles as i was in the process of getting done. I started the medication Lyrica for pain. I read on google it is caused from enlarged prostate? That freaked me out and then saw something along the lines of sperm going back into the testies? I don't know what to think, any comment?
