I'm a boy in my late teens. I have a problem with my thing down there. I have not been circumcised. However, my foreskin just isn't able to move back past the glands. I believe this is phimosis? However I have done some research and found that I do not have the usual symptoms that accompany phimosis. I do not have any blood in my urine. I feel no pain whatsoever (except when I try to pull the foreskin back). I do not have painful erections. Whether flaccid or erect, I just can't.
