Im A Bulimic. Ive Noticed This Swollen Area On My

Im a bulimic. Ive noticed this swollen area on my neck (rt side). Below jaw right above collar bone. No pain when swllowing nor have trouble swellowing food down. I can feel swellon on the uviola area when swollowing. Also experiencing dull pressure headache (no sharp or head pain) just dull, pressure and pulsating which also seem to effect eye blur. When turning head fast, i feel like fainting. Are these symtoms of bulimia? Would this swollen on my neck ever go down? It is visually noticable. Thk u
