I'm A Care Giver Taking Care Of 92 Yo Female

I'm a care giver taking care of 92 yo female pt. She had a chronic uti... she was prescribed levaquen and sometimes Keflex and it was only a temporary relief. The primary doctor prescribed her hip Rex BiD. We started giving her dec 1 up to the present. We noticed that her urine output decreases, appetite is very poor , urine is pinkish. Do we need to discontinue the hiprex
