I'm a clinical psychologist, and I always try to learn what my patients are doing or meds they are taking so I can understand them better. One of my older patients with whom I just had a telephone session said that her doctor prescribed a medication beginning with a c or an s to combat a bowel infection caused by taking too many antibiotics.
