I'm A Diabetic And Have Been In Hospital 5 Times

I'm a diabetic and have been in hospital 5 times in a month for sugars over 500. I GOT OUT YESTERDAY AND HAD 2 LOW SUGARS IN THE NIGHT. I'm now up to 351 after eating a salad for lunch.urine is pretty clear . and my blood pressure was 72 over 20 last time. When they get over 300 I'm in trouble.
