I'm A Female, Aged 52, Weighing 56kg, Am Not On

I'm a female, aged 52, weighing 56kg, am not on any medications, am a non smoker and otherwise in good health.
I have 9 Alprim tablets left from a previous (repeat) script to treat a UTI about 6 months ago.
I've come down with an infection just this morning and have taken one tablet. As I no longer have the box, I can't recall the daily dosage. I have a doctor's appt booked for Monday morning to obtain a complete script.
Until then, how many should I take a day, and at what time?
