I'm A Female Gastric Bypass Patient That Just Had The

I'm a female gastric bypass patient that just had the gallbladder removed. The bypass was performed 6 yrs ago and the gallbladder was removed 3 months ago. The gallbladder was removed because I had pancreatitis from gallstones. My question is, the other day I consumed 1 bottle of wine (750ml) in couple of hrs. Is this healthy given I drink a bottle 2-3 bottles a week?
