I'm A Girl And I Got Punched In The Face/nose

I'm a girl and I got punched in the face/nose twice last night. My nose is swollen and I'm having mild difficulties breathing. My nose feel stuffed, Jose of the times it's both nostrils but then one clears up for a bit. Should I go to the hospital? I don't have insurance so I can only go if it's really needed. Thank you.
