I'm A Girl In My Teen Years (17) And I've

I'm a girl in my teen years (17) and I've struggled with acne for a couple years now. I've gone to the dermatologist and bought super expensive fancy topical oitment and soap and that made my acne even worse, I've used gentle sensitive skin soaps and that just made my face more oily. I've used over 10 different drug store face washes and topical creams and nothing ever works. It's dropping my self confidence so much and I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. I've tried everything. On top of this, I get very bad acne on my back that I've tried multiple different soaps on as well. However nothing has cleared up my back either.
