I'm A Have Chronic Pain Amongst Other Things, I Have

I'm a have chronic pain amongst other things, I have a history of high bp/tachycardia that I am on lisinopril and metoprolol for. I have had two surgeries on my low back and have pain medication that I take when needed, but I have not got a new rx in about two months because my pain was manageable. About two weeks ago I fell moderately hard on my side and since then my passion has returned. I noticed today that I felt flushed and began to sweat so I ran to my bp machine and got 114/96 and my pulse was 119. That was around 9pm on 11/25/15 About an hour ago I retested and got 153/98 and my pulse was129. Should I go to my Dr for my pain meds?
