I'm A Healthy Female Aged 44. I've Never Had Significant

I'm a healthy female aged 44. I've never had significant medical problems. I had one live birth ( natural ) a few decades ago. since just the past few months Ive been having "accidents" . always urine, never bowels. its really awful. many times i dont make it to the bathroom on time, this is devastating especially in public
Most bizarre : is the fact that once i find myself running to the restroom in a public establishment, by the time I get inside the confines of the bathroom ( but still far from the toilet ) my brain sends some sort of signal to my bladder that makes it gush out water. often I just barely make it inside the bathroom area and before I have a chance to reach the toilet stall I've already wet myself. I can't figure out why my bladder couldnt wait another few seconds. this is really destroying my life, what can i do ?
