I'm A Heart Patient, I've Had 5 Heart Attacks 3

I'm a heart patient, I've had 5 heart attacks 3 mini-strokes I have a cardiodefibrolater. I have stenosis of the spine and cervical problems that can not be fixed. Would taking Percocet (The lowest dose) is that going to cause problems with my heart? I wouldn't take it unless I was in a lot of pain I mean I would have to be in extreme pain.
