I'm A Heavy Meth Smoker And Have Been For 3

I'm a heavy meth smoker and have been for 3 years. My eyes have become very sensitive to light, and have a discharge in them, everything goes blurry and my eyes burn. When I look up close into my eyes I can see little hard white lumps where my eyelashes use to be. Other than the obvious advise about giving up meth, how can I make my eyes feel better.
