I'm A Heavy Set Man Who Has A Large Collection

I'm a heavy set man who has a large collection of fluid(blood). On the top on my inner theigh. Its not painful or hot to the touch so I don't think its infected. But when lanced a great amount of blood is desperces but it seems to refill over night. Its a pocket if liquid going quite deep and is swollen.
