I’m A Heavy Side Woman . I Have A Skin

I’m a heavy side woman . I have a skin tag on my hip area . I’ve had it for years but now it is beginning to hurt. My stomach lay on top of the large skin tag and it seems puffy. I saw clear liquid around the area today but I really don’t know if it was sweat.
