I'm A Kidney Transplant Patient From Last 3.5 Years And

I'm a kidney transplant patient from last 3.5 years and Aged 30.I have been recently suggested to take telma40(other bp subsitute cilacar 5mg asked to stop) , due to increase in protein output in my urine, considering other factors completely normal.
It's been one week of the dose, I have started observing abdoman swelling.Even motion is not properly at times and I get little bit of pain at the operated region occasionally. Not sure of the reason. Could you please help me out in understanding the problem here.
