I'm A Lesbian And I Have Been With My Partner

I'm a lesbian and I have been with my partner for over 2 years, about a year ago we started having some health complications. Whenever we have oral sex, 2 or 3 days later we get a yeast infection. We tried brushing our teeth before oral sex and it didn't change anything. Help?
