I'm a male, 53 years old. Last Thursday I had some hormone pellets inserted into my lower hip. I've noticed some pain is worsening, swelling and a rather hard lump. The lump is not at the incision site but nearby. The lump is also warm to the touch. What do you think it could be and do I need medical attention.
