I'm A Male And 50 Years Old , I Have

I'm a male and 50 years old , I have had 2 heart attacks and a stroke in the last 6 years and am on warfin, atorvastatin, lisinipril, carvadol, indapamin. This may be a silly question but everyday since my medical conditions began my right leg from the knee down has always been swollen but the last two days they have not been swollen at all and I have done nothing different . Do you know of any explanation for this and should I see my doctor?
