I'm a male and I have wide hips, liposuction will not do anything because my bones are too big! Is any procedure that can shave iliac crest and make my hips smaller? I want iliac crest bone shaving and hip impingement surgery for cosmetic reasons! I've seen that this is done but not for cosmetic reasons! PLEASE HELP ME!
