I'm A Male, Getting Bad Smell Between My Legs, There

I'm a male, getting bad smell between my legs, there are big dark patches, also feeling wetness and dirtyness always at that area.
Even though after taking the shower, within hours it happens again.
I didn't have any outside sexual acts, so i guess this can not be related to any STD.

Pls suggest.
