I'm A Man 55 Year Old Heavy Drinker Pace Maker

I'm a man 55 year old heavy drinker pace maker defibrillator and later had are hematoma on my kidney failure after I was given Comunid .well I made it for some reason by God's grace married to a good woman and haven't had any a drink since. However I am still weakness and confusion and shake and twitch from time to time with the neuropathy back pain with head aches like a foggy head that won't stop will it get any better?
