Im A Man And Just Diagnosed With PBC In December

Im a man and just diagnosed with PBC in December with elveated liver, spleen and blood test, when in September things were normal. Ive been on URSO since January and after my biopsy etc, in January before I took the drug, my liver and spleen and liver down to normal, with normal blood test. Is this normal?
