I'm A Mother Of Three And I Am 40years Old.

I'm a mother of three and I am 40years old. I never experience painful periods before like now, this started after giving birth for the third time. Every time I am on periods I will suffer lower back pains (painful), headaches, terrible period pains, vomits and bloated.
I want to stop periods permanently non-surgical way.
