Docs moderately desiccated & uncovered posteriorly 5 mm indenting the ventral surface of the the cal sac extending into the inferior recesses of neural foramina. Facet arthrosis & ligamentum flavin hypertrophy. AP sac is 11 mm. Bilateral moderate lateral recess stenosis. Bilateral moderate forminal stenosis with indentation of L4 nerve root both sides..
