I'm A Professional Wrestler, And About A Week Ago I

I'm a professional wrestler, and about a week ago I took a hard bump straight on my shoulder. At first, my arm was completely numb for a few minutes, but then I was in some serious pain if I moved my arm. That night, the people in attendance diagnosed this as a "stinger" but from what i've read about them, that doesn't seem to be the case.The next morning was the worse, as I was in excruciating pain. I've tried Epsom salt and stretching but to no avail. A diagnosis and treatment options would be very helpful.
