Im A Smoker And Constantly Am Having Pain Below My

Im a smoker and constantly am having pain below my left shoulder blade and left breast. My bissep is always painful also like a torn muscle it escalates when i do smoke. More of a weird discomfort than a pain. Almost like i have less control of my left arm than my right arm. But drinking literally makes the pain go away. But until i drink a beer i feel almost imobile.
