I'm A Special Case. Age 60 Healthy Diet. Tonsil Cancer

I'm a special case. Age 60 healthy diet. Tonsil cancer (clear now for 7 years). Treatment was radiation (IMRT). I was told to take good care of my teeth, which I have. However, I no longer have an insurance. I'm having some gingivitis issues and now have a creamy feel and smell of pus in my mouth in the morning and noticed a slight swelling at the base of the gum at the last tooth in my lower left jaw. No pain. No bleeding. I'm concerned but no insurance. Any ideas for me?
