I'm A Teen In High School I'm Also In The

I'm a teen in high school I'm also in the Rotc program so we have to wear the a uniform I think I wore the wrong one because both the shirt and pants were extremely really tight but me being ignorant I decided to power through it so I went a whole day wearing these tight clothes wrapping around my abdomen I was also sucking in my stomach all day it wasn't until I finally removed the very constrictive clothing that I started to get a pain in my lower right abdomen after that I got constipated and my stomach keeps making unusual gurgling sounds and noises I'm asking because the pain is where my appendix is located so I'm wondering if this is appendicitis
