I'm A Teenage Female. I Was About To Start My

I'm a teenage female. I was about to start my period and have been having period cramps so I took midol complete. It wasn't working good or fast enough though so I ended up taking just less than the maximum daily dosage within the time frame of an hour. So somewhere between 2500 and 3000 MG of acetaminophen. Which was a horrible idea. Now I feel nauseas and am shaking and my cramps still haven't subsided. I'm assuming the shaking is from all the caffeine in it, but I'm worried about my stomach being upset. I've heard of the risks of taking too much acetaminophen but I didn't realize that there was so much in midol. Now I am concerned. Should I do anything about this?
