I'm A Virgin, Haven't Had My Period In Near Six

I'm a virgin, haven't had my period in near six months and have what seems to be swollen lymph node on my vagina, 21 years old, have had slight nausea in my stomach as of late. Went for a Pap smear and was told since I was 20 at the time and inactive I didn't need it. Possibilities?
