I'm A Week Late For My Period , Had Sex

I'm a week late for my period , had sex 2+ weeks ago. Over the last few days I've gotten mild nausea, headaches, hot flashes and my breasts are very sore and veiny, not normal for me. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative, could I still be pregnant or could it be something else?
