I'm Abroad In America With My 12 Week Old Baby

I'm abroad in America with my 12 week old baby and have been for three weeks. He had his scheduled immunisations at 8 weeks but we are away in America now until he is 20 weeks old. The immunisation schedule is different here. Should I get his second lot of jabs that they give here at 4 months or wait to catch up when we get back?
