I'm Achy,tired,have A Fever As High As 102 And Having

I'm achy,tired,have a fever as high as 102 and having extreme difficulty urinating and some bowl movement issues.Have to urinate often but can only pass a small amount each time. I had some amoxicillin tablets that I had and took Tylenol for the fever but after one day my urinary symptoms got way worse. Thanks Brad
