I'm Age 46 Had Rubes Tied In1993. I Haven't Had

I'm age 46 had rubes tied in1993. I haven't had a period since june..went to the doctor he said I wasn't going through menopause. .had hug 2.59 first blood test...Second 3.4 last blood test was 2....I fell pregnant..and I feel movement.doctor said I'm not pregnant. ..I have 3 kids youngest 22 years old..I have all the pregnancy symptoms..belly is getting big..they also did a kidney test came back fine as did the pap smear?????
