I'm Allergic To Sulfa Drugs, But Struggle With Issues Similar

I'm allergic to sulfa drugs, but struggle with issues similar to ADD. I have had a bad concussion and since then had these ADD symptoms and struggle with my college classes because I can't stay awake or focus on one thing at a time. I was suggested to look into taking adderall by a friend. would this be harmful to me if I'm allergic to sulfa drugs?
