I'm Almost 39 Weeks Pregnant & At My Last Check

I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant & at my last check I was 2 & 1/2 cm & 60% effaced, I'm having stronger & more frequent contractions as well. I want to go into labor myself. I'm pretty sure I've lost my mucus plug already. I'm afraid I'm loosing water tho. If not every time I urinate but every other time I have mucus strands in my urine. Does that mean I'm loosing my water?
